Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.
I offer an energy style massage, aromatherapy massage. The five basic strokes are as follows effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibration/shaking. Massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness.
Each treatment will include a consultation to find out exactly what is required from the treatment, whether it is purely for relaxation, or if there is a specific area for concern.

I use pure coconut oil or Massagical homemade massage balm for all massage treatments. Or grape seed oil and aromatruth essential oil.
